Place your order by adding the item to your basket; enter your correct delivery and payment details on check out and wait for delivery.

Payment may be made with a Visa or Master credit card through our encrypted and secure check out VCS (Virtual Card Services). VCS uses the latest versions of SSL (Secure Socket Layer) secure link software, which is managed by means of RSA Key Pair Encryption. VCS has its own firewalls and secure lines to the financial institutions to prevent any information from being read during the sale transaction process. Credit card authorisation takes place at the time of the order and all prices include vat.

Should you not own a credit card e-mail us your order to sales@e-lingerie.co.za and we will gladly arrange for you to make a bank transfer into our account.

e-lingerie.co.za reserves the right to cancel any order placed, if it is found that any misleading, false or untrue information is given by you to complete the sale transaction.

e-lingerie.co.za prides itself with the quality products it sells and acknowledges the fact that you are a discerning customer. As a service to you our valued customer e-lingerie.co.za will specially gift-wrap the product you have purchased. As a respect to your privacy the outer packaging of the parcel will be in plain paper and under no circumstances will the words lingerie or underwear appear anywhere on this packaging. The company name 'INTERBIZ' will appear as the sender's name on the waybill and outer parcel packaging.

Delivery and Shipping
e-lingerie.co.za will ship to you counter to counter or door to door FREE OF CHARGE no matter where you are in the world. We will accept any correct postal address (i.e.: PO Box, Postnet Suite or Private Bag) for counter to counter delivery. When collecting a counter to counter delivery a valid identity book must be produced at the postal service counter to receive the parcel. For door to door delivery the correct physical address must be given for delivery to be done. e-lingerie.co.za cannot be held responsible for any delays that may be caused by the postal or courier companies during the shipping and delivery process. It is also understood that e-lingerie.co.za can not be held responsible for any parcel that is delivered into the wrong hands should it have followed the address given at the time the order was placed. It will be assumed that a postal address implies delivery by post counter to counter and a physical address implies delivery by courier door to door.

As some of the items in our catalogues are specially imported for you the delivery times can vary from those stated in the shopping catalogues, but e-lingerie.co.za will try endeavour to deliver sooner rather than later. Stock items described as "available immediately" are generally always in stock and take no longer than 5 working days for delivery to be done within South Africa. International deliveries usually require 14 days for delivery to allow for the extra distance and handling.

Should your order be incomplete due to a temporary out of stock situation, whatever is available will be delivered within the delivery period and the balance will be put on back order.

Quality Assurance and Returns
e-lingerie.co.za is committed to selling good quality products made of the highest quality fabrics and yarns using the latest technologies. We assure you of good wear provided you have handled the garment with care when wearing and washing. The best washing procedure to follow is a cold water hand wash and not to expose the garment to direct sunlight when drying.

If for some reason you are not entirely satisfied with the product you have just purchased, you have 7 days from the date of receipt to e-mail us on sales@e-lingerie.co.za and express your concern for the product. We will reply to you with a return for credit number in which you must quote on your parcel in order for us to accept the return. The product must be returned with its hang tags, in its original packaging and unworn. Please do not send back parcels without following the above procedure, as we cannot accept the return and will not be able to send back the parcel. It is advisable to insure the parcel as e-lingerie.co.za will not accept responsibility for the returned parcel, until an employee of e-lingerie.co.za upon receipt has signed for it. All postage and insurance charges are non-refundable.

e-lingerie.co.za will strive to give you the best service you would expect, but if the situation should arise where by your expectation is not fully met, due to errors beyond its control, e-lingerie.co.za resigns itself from any responsibility there of.

By entering into a transaction with e-lingerie.co.za it is understood by you that no liability will be accepted for any form of damages or losses that could be incurred whether, directly or indirectly related.
